The general areas are spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to navigate around. The hotel also provides convenient amenities such as elevators and handrails, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay for seniors.

Just one small thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people: the children working there could be more attentive and helpful to the needs of older guests.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the excellent pool with a slide, which was a hit with the kids. The property had stunning views and the meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offered a wide variety of delicious options. The fact that everything was connected within the hotel made it convenient to access different areas without having to leave the premises. Plus, the organizing of swimming pool terms ensured that it wasn't overcrowded.

One of the drawbacks was that the rooms had two single beds instead of a master or queen-size bed, causing them to separate when you move. the overall temperature outside the rooms, especially in the restaurant and the entrance to the swimming pool, was quite cold.

We had a wonderful romantic escape at this hotel. The swimming facilities were fantastic, with a large pool and relaxing jacuzzi. The location was also perfect, surrounded by beautiful mountains and offering breathtaking views. we enjoyed the variety of activities available inside the hotel, such as the game room and playroom.

The buffet dinners were of poor quality and lacked cooked vegetables. It was also frustrating that the dinner service ended at 7, leaving us with limited dining options.
